1、板坯采用抄取法成型，纤维排列可以控制方向，板坯横向强度大;

2、采用新型成型吸盘，瓦型尺寸精 准；

3、三工位真空成型机采用伺服行走和升降，对位精 确；
The three position vacuum forming machine adopts servo walking and lifting, with accurate alignment.

4、可以单片和多片瓦同时成型，印尼瓦型最长可以达到5.4米；
Single and multiple corrugated sheets can be formed at the same time, and the maximum length of Indonesian corrugated sheet can reach 5.4m.

5、成型筒采用钢丝绳出刀，成型筒清理时间少；
The forming cylinder adopts steel wire rope for cutting out, and is with less cleaning time of
